Hydraulic metering pump is a kind of fluid conveying machinery and equipment, and its obvious advantage is that it can ensure a stable total flow rate that is not related to the outflow working pressure. The application of hydraulic metering pump can carry out the role of transportation, measurement verification and change at the same time, so as to simplify the production process. With several metering pumps, a wide variety of substances can be mixed into the production process according to the exact proportion. Fully considering its own prominence, hydraulic metering pumps have been widely used in petrochemical equipment, pharmaceutical industry, food and other industrial production industries.

When removing the old diaphragm of the metering pump, it is often inconvenient to encounter. Metering pump manufacturers give some additional suggestions on how to remove the old diaphragm.

1, after the pump head loose, before taking off the pump head, adjust the length of four strokes to 10%. It can ensure that the electromagnetic induction shaft has enough working pressure to maintain its connection, so that the diaphragm can be unscrewed.

2, pull the hydraulic end outward to get rid of the screw from the socket. Hold the liquid end turning in the opposite direction. With a little friction resistance, you can unscrew the diaphragm.

3, the measurement and verification of chemicals are likely to crystallized at the hydraulic end, resulting in the throttle valve ball and high pressure gate valve can not work normally.

4, the suction end of the hydraulic metering pump is likely to have exhaust gas leakage. The suction side coupling of the hydraulic end is likely to lack an O-ring or the suction valve connection is loose.
