Under normal conditions, the diaphragm should be replaced after 8,000 hours of operation, otherwise it will lead to fatigue damage, cracking, etc., which will endanger the service life of the equipment, lead to environmental pollution of the grease, drive the piston rod cylinder, and lead to damage to key mechanical equipment.

When the diaphragm pump is operating, the camera and hydraulic transmission system should be regularly maintained according to the appropriate process to prevent common failures of the oil drain camera, blockage of the supplied oil and oil pipeline or common failures of the pipeline gate valve, arrhythmia caused by battery charging and charging and discharging oil, and pushing water. Variable working pressure; Strictly implement the design requirements of diaphragm pump and working pressure module operation, and strictly prohibit overweight operation; Check for uneven ground stress caused by fluctuation of working pressure at the diaphragm pump inlet and outlet of the diaphragm pump check valve. This ground stress can cause the diaphragm to crack and must be replaced immediately.

There are many types of mechanical diaphragm pumps, but be sure to check for replacement parts regularly.

1. The pump body is made of pig iron, which is easier to crack due to mechanical force or internal stress. Need maintenance. If the damage is more serious, replace it immediately. Some safeguards can be applied to the pump body to reduce damage.

2. The pump shaft is generally made of carbon steel, which is very easy to be damaged after long-term application. It is very likely to produce cracks, bending, motor shaft damage, external thread damage, etc., but also very likely to produce a rupture safety accident, should be replaced immediately.

3. Centrifugal impeller is a very important part of the pump. It is very possible to develop cracks in the centrifugal impeller. Due to cavitation, the surface layer is transformed into holes or broken holes. Long-term etching will make the tool head soft or most of the damage, and even be broken. If found, replace with a new one.

4. The mouth ring is also called the leakage or wear reduction ring, which is more prone to damage. Damage can be repaired and cannot be replaced immediately. When replacing a new leakage reduction ring, its inner diameter shall be equipped according to the diameter of the inlet of the centrifugal impeller.

5. After long-term placement, the filler will harden and lose ductility, which will cause the centrifugal pump to leak gas and water. Under normal circumstances, new packaging should be replaced.

Mechanical diaphragm pump parts and components are many, the level of damage is higher. With regular maintenance and maintenance, the service life can be extended, which is also of great benefit to the pump.
